Noos Srl is a company specialized in the promotion and development of pharmaceutical products, dietary supplements and foods for special medical purposes.

Founded in 1999, the company has always been involved in the research of probiotic products and food supplements, mainly addressed to the interest and issues of Paediatricians, Neonatologists, Gastroenterologists, Allergists and Nutritionists, as well as diseases from inborn errors of metabolism.

With this purpose, Noos Srl has recently established a Clinical Research Office (R&D), specifically dedicated to the conduction of research projects in various fields and on several products, to support their clinical indications but also to confirm their high quality.

One of the main product of the Noos portfolio is Reuterin® (Lactobacillus reuteri), a probiotic product of which Noos is the exclusive licensee for Italy and manages the clinical development and the scientific research, in close collaboration with the head office Biogaia (Sweden).

In addition, the company has recently developed a new nasal spray, Linfovir®, specifically formulated to meet the needs of children affected by upper respiratory tract diseases. At the moment the product has already been subjected to preliminary studies to assess tolerability and safety.
